I live and work in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. I love Arizona’s FIVE seasons, the smell of creosote after the rain, and the hot summer months. My interests are primarily on downtown Phoenix, LGBT issues, Mormon issues and local politics. I grew up Mormon with Utah roots. I was a Mormon missionary in Russia for two years. I think about that part of me a lot and it’s one of the reasons I write about Mormons, especially topics related to Mormon history. I consider myself an activist. If I’m not home reading or writing, I’m out on the town in Downtown Phoenix. I like history, I like Arizona history, I like the Southwest, I like good art, I like interesting people. I lived in Russia for 2.5 years and speak Russian.
Whiskey is my favorite of the dark liquors.
