Pat’s Run 2010
I ran in the 6th Annual Pat’s Run in Tempe on Saturday with my roommate Mike and my friend Irene. I kept calling the run a “marathon” and was reminded on more than one occasion that I was not running a marathon, but a mere 4.2 miles. That’s a lot! I’m an inshape guy, I work out at least 4 times a week and I run about a mile or so 5 days a week, but running 4.2 in one single chunk of time has never happened. I finished in 45.02 minutes and I thought that was pretty good. I didn’t know what to expect in terms of time, so I was pleased.
